One contractor covers all of them, which matters more than it sounds — hail rarely damages only the roof, and a claim scoped for roofing alone routinely misses dented siding, gutters and window wraps on the same elevation. Every job is done by a licensed, insured crew, and inspections and written estimates are free. We are based in Andover, MN and serve the metro across four counties.

Which service do you actually need?
Most homeowners arrive knowing the symptom rather than the service. If water is coming in, start with roofing. If it only happens in winter and shows at the edges of the ceiling, the cause is usually ice damming, which is an insulation and ventilation problem rather than a roofing one. If a storm has just been through, start with hail damage or storm damage, because the clock on an insurance claim starts at the storm and not at the leak.
If nothing is wrong and you are planning ahead, the two highest-return jobs on most older Twin Cities homes are attic insulation and roof replacement before the current roof fails on its own schedule rather than yours.
Why use one contractor for all of it?
Because the exterior is one system and storms treat it as one. Wind that lifts shingles also loosens siding; hail that bruises a roof also dents gutters and window wraps on the same wall. Splitting that across three contractors means three inspections, three scopes, and a real chance that damage falls between them and never gets claimed.
It also removes the argument about whose fault a leak is. When one crew installed the roof, the gutters and the siding, there is nobody to point at.

Common questions
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Inspections and written estimates are free with no obligation, and we will tell you if you do not need work doing. An inspection that always concludes you need a replacement is a sales call rather than an inspection.
Do you handle the insurance side?
Yes. We document the damage, meet your adjuster on site, and stay involved through final inspection. In Minnesota you choose your own contractor — your carrier may suggest one, but declining does not affect your coverage.
Can you work in winter?
Most of it, yes. Roofing, windows, fiber cement siding, insulation and ice dam steaming all proceed through a Minnesota winter. Vinyl siding is the main exception, as it becomes brittle in deep cold and is better left for milder weather.
