Who is Total Home Exteriors? A licensed roofing and exterior contractor based in Andover, MN, founded by Chad Erickson in 2003 and serving the Twin Cities metro across Anoka, Hennepin, Ramsey and Sherburne counties. We handle roofing, siding, windows, insulation, gutters, ice dam steaming, and storm and hail damage restoration. What distinguishes us is that Chad walks every insurance claim himself rather than handing it to an office, and you deal with him directly rather than a dispatcher. The company started with a straightforward idea — give Twin Cities homeowners a contractor who shows up when they say they will, does the work properly, and is still here the following winter. Over twenty years later that is still the whole business model, which is why we have never grown into a franchise or a call centre.

We specialise in storm damage restoration and insurance claims, an area where homeowners routinely get left behind by contractors who disappear after the estimate. We inspect, document the damage properly, meet your adjuster on site, and stay involved through final settlement. When a claim is denied because damage was missed, we go back up and re-document it — that has been enough to get claims reopened and paid in full.
